Terms of Service

What this service is

Claudekit is a subscription service consisting of: (1) a hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that installs and manages a structured Claude Code configuration in your projects, and (2) kit content — files written to your local .claude/ directory during installation. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account and license rules

  • ·One license per buyer. Licenses are personal and non-transferable.
  • ·A single license covers up to two devices (computers) simultaneously.
  • ·Sharing your license key or bootstrap URL with others is not permitted.
  • ·You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Contact support immediately if you believe your license has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • ·Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or any portion of the kit content.
  • ·Reverse-engineer the MCP server tool implementations or attempt to extract proprietary logic from server responses.
  • ·Use the service to circumvent any third-party system's security or terms of service.
  • ·Abuse the MCP server in ways that degrade service for other users (e.g., automated hammering, denial-of-service).

Payment and refunds

Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, handles VAT and sales tax globally, and issues receipts. Your contract for payment is with Lemon Squeezy; your contract for service is with us.

14-day cooling-off period (EU): Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email support@claudecode-kit.com with your order number. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy within 3 business days.

Outside the cooling-off period, refunds are considered case-by-case. We're not going to fight you on a refund.

License grant

The kit content written to your .claude/ directory is yours to keep — you own what's on your disk. We grant you a perpetual, personal, non-sublicensable license to use those files in your projects.

The MCP server is a subscription service, not a one-time purchase. You have a license to use the server for as long as your subscription is active. Cancelling ends server access; your locally installed kit files continue to work.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these terms, including sharing credentials, abuse of the MCP server, or fraud. We will contact you first except in cases of immediate security risk.

Disclaimers and liability cap

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific requirement.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Berlin, Germany.
